An Internet telephony service provider (ITSP) is an Internet service provider that provides digital telecommunication services on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). ITSPs provide services to end-users directly or as wholesale suppliers to other ITSPs. ITSPS are also known as carriers, broadband or digital phone company, voice service providers, Internet phone company and sometimes VoIP resellers.
